Allied Tools Of Texas Corp.

In 1941, C.H. and La Homa Gordon Nash started a part-time company known as Houston Metal Spinning. This part-time company would eventually become Allied Tools of Texas Corp. While working his own company during the day, C.H. worked the night shift as a machinist at Baash Ross Tool Co.

In the beginning, Houston Metal Spinning was located in North Houston. The original location was 1,800 sq. ft. The products ranged from mop ringers to gyroscope parts.

In 1962, Houston Metal Spinning expanded to a 3,200 sq. ft. facility at 6829 Griggs Road. The up and coming company then acquired Mary Ellen Gardner AKA "OLD BAT." "OLD BAT" was given to her by one of her young sons. The name stuck so well, Mary Ellen still has personalized license plates bearing "OLD BAT." She has been and still is a loyal employee and close family friend to the Nashes.

Houston Metal Spinning incorporated to Allied Tools of Texas Corp. in 1979.

On May 13th, 1986, the company's founder, C.H. Nash died of leukemia at the age of 72.

In November, 1986, the company expanded once again to 7404 Ave F.

Over the years Allied Tools of Texas Corp. experienced steady growth. This steady growth necessitated a move to 5230 Galveston Road in July of 2001. This is purely the result of delivering top quality goods at competetive prices while never loosing sight of the most important relationship...
